Job Title: IT Account Manager
Team: Voice & IT Services
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid home/office)
Salary Package: £45,000-£50,000 Base + OTE (Around £100,000)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital Communications solutions provider working across a variety of technologies, and to be a pivotal part of their exciting 5-year revenue acceleration program, driving growth through an established network of technology partners in the UK, US and APAC.

The Role:
· Help grow sales of the IT Services portfolio.
· Cross / Upsell into new and existing customers
· Work to help win net new logo customers, in order to achieve set targets.
· Have a strong input into the business planning and marketing campaigns
· Design corporate presentations and proposal templates
· Actively assist and help with the writing of tender responses
· Help maintain existing contracts and relationships
· Embrace the company’s core values along with change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment.
· Play a key role in the business unit achieving agreed goals and growth plans
The Requirements:
· An eye for uncovering opportunities not directly related to opportunities already expose by the client
· Able to master new technologies quickly and effectively
· Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
· Ability to continue good relationships with Engineering team in order maintain a strong relationship between yourself and the client.
· An understanding of:
o IT Infrastructure Cloud and On Premise
o Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Technologies
o LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi Networks
o Security Solutions
o Backup / Disaster Recovery
o Telephony Solutions
The Process:
· Introductory video call with the Head of Sales to explore your relevant professional experience. They’ll outline the role and responsibilities in more detail too.
· In person meeting with the Senior leadership team including the Head of Sales, and potentially the Head of HR and various people who sit within the management team.
The Benefits:
