Due to our continuing dedication towards Quality and Continuous Improvement, we have created a new role within our Quality/CI Team. The Quality/Continuous Improvement Lead will lead and co - ordinate the improvement plan to reduce customer complaints both internal and external whilst also taking responsibility for implementing a proven problem solving process that can identify the root causes. We invite applications from Quality/Continuous Improvement professionals hailing from a Manufacturing background and with some Quality based certifications. We are also very interested in candidates with a strong understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles so Six Sigma green belt level would be very advantageous. Quality/Continuous Improvement EngineerReducing the number of internal and external customer complaints per annumChampioning, supporting or leading quality improvement initiativesIdentifying root causes and implementing solutions.Pinpointing relevant Quality - related training needsProducing training material and training staff involved in the processes using Quality/Lean improvement toolsSupporting the programme of internal auditingSupporting the programme of continuous improvement to product or servicesResponsible for ensuring that managers, process owners and supervisors develop andmaintain their part of the Quality management system.Audit the QMS and processes to ensure compliance and to look for further improvements.
