Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
Location: Birmingham
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Head of Human Resources for a fantastic Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.
THIS IS AN INTERIM CONTRACT ROLE!
The Candidates responsibilities:
Advising on any changes that need to be made on any policies and procedures.
Supporting continuous improvements of all functions within HR.
Ensure the training development of the team to ensure they are competent to deliver best practice people management.
Provides professional leadership to the HR and OD functions, acting as the strategic lead
Manage performance of the HR function
Oversee the development of HR policy
Support Service Wide Change ManagementSkills Needed:
Experience within a similar role is necessary
CIPD Level 7
Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic.
Public Sector experience would be desirable.
Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries.
