This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills and experience in void property management. If you have a proactive attitude and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Excel Expertise: Apply your advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, to manage and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring daily updates on void property progress.
2. NEC System Management: Regularly update and manage the NEC system to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
3. Energy Angels Management: Responsible for uploading properties onto Energy Angels and raising tickets to resolve energisation issues promptly.
4. Void Property Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, trades employees, customers, and stakeholders regarding all void property matters.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal partners, service providers, and stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of voids.
6. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule all void property activities, ensuring effective management and completion of tasks.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of clearance, pest control, and asbestos surveys, providing regular updates and reports.
8. Team Oversight: Oversee the voids administrator, ensuring all assigned works and tasks are completed efficiently.
9. Data Analysis: Review information to identify anomalies, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
1. UK Resident
2. Proven experience with Excel, particularly VLOOKUP, is essential.
3. Experienced within another public sector voids team is essential.
4. Practical experience managing data on the NEC system.
5. Energy Angels Experience: Familiarity with managing property uploads and resolving energisation issues.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and service providers.
7. Skilled in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Capable of identifying anomalies and resolving issues with a proactive approach.
