Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to provide your highly skilled and adaptable expertise to the Council's transformation and change function and make a major contribution towards driving the Council's transformation and change programme. We need your talent to help us achieve our goals.
Building great relationships and winning the confidence of officers and managers, partners, and other important stakeholders is essential to this role, so you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will need to produce clear reports.
You will work with services across the organisation to define the reason why change is necessary, identify options for improvement and redesign, map what the current and future states look like, capture requirements through gap analysis, identify benefits, and apply the corporately adopted transformation methodology.
You will work as part of a new team and collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst to shape the Business Analyst functions and apply high-quality analysis.
You will be expected to have knowledge and experience in applying a range of business analysis and improvement techniques. You will also need to have good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse data.
A proven track record in delivering results under pressure is essential. You will be confident in taking a dynamic and collaborative approach to help Bradford Council achieve its organisational priorities.
