Position: Operations Executive
Based: Haddenham, UK
We are looking for a full-time Operations Executive for our company located in Haddenham, UK. McCormick operates a MyFlex working model where 50% of the time will be required in the office and 50% working from home.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Present and lead weekly Execution meetings for internal Tesco, Morrisons, and Asda teams.
2. Work closely with Area Business Managers and National Account Managers.
3. Act as a point of contact for Field Sales Merchandisers: responding to queries, problems, and helping with technical difficulties.
4. Respond to external customers: resolving issues, queries, and escalating where required.
5. Ensure sufficient stock of accessories, stands, and graphics for the Field Team to order.
6. Create reports, prepare documents, and perform various administrative tasks.
7. Support other team members as necessary, such as fleet management and sending out equipment to the Field Team.
8. Participate in team meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and analytical skills.
2. Ambitious individual, willing to learn and develop.
3. Great communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Ability to work on daytime shifts and occasional bank holidays and weekends as part of an agreed rota.
6. Grocery or FMCG background would be an advantage.
