As our next Senior Brand Manager, you will be passionate about all things innovation. You will be a leader with a track record of driving fantastic results. You will be an entrepreneurial marketer who is results-driven with a real passion for food marketing.
You will report directly into the Chief Marketing Officer and will take the lead on the execution of the innovation and renovation strategy, whilst playing a key role in driving growth within one of the nation's most loved food brands.
Your key responsibilities will be to build the long-term consumer-led innovation and core renovation strategy and plan whilst translating the needs of the customer. You will have knowledge or experience in developing a consumer-first approach to the innovation and renovation strategy.
You will be at the forefront of development and execution within NPD. Alongside this, you will manage the portfolio in a way that maximises our offer for the consumers and drives sales and profit for the business.

1. Knowledge or experience of developing a consumer-first approach to innovation and renovation strategy
2. End to end knowledge or experience of how to build product pipelines
3. An ability to lead and inspire a diverse set of people and the ability to get the most out of scarce resources
4. A pragmatic approach to getting work done taking into consideration the different requirements of the business and all stakeholders
5. Strong level of commerciality – an understanding or experience working with a P&L
