There is a huge focus on communication and presentation, decision making and the position is hugely influential within the company.\n\nIf you have a background in FP&A, experience in forecasting and creating financial models, then these roles could be a significant career move for the right person!\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nOwn and refine financial models - from budget to long-range planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).\nDeep diving into key drivers like pricing, unit economics, and margin optimisation, identifying growth opportunities and risks.\nProvide strategic financial insights by collaborating with the Management Accounts Team, delivering impactful commentary on performance trends and opportunities.\nFinance Business Partnering.\nLead scenario modelling and business case development.\nDrive process improvements and help develop internal controls.What skills do you need?\n\nYou will be qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA.\nYou will be experienced in a similar role with a background in FP&A with a specific skill for Financial Modelling.\nYou will be an advanced Excel user with an affinity for analysis.\nYou will be experienced in platforms such as Tableau.\nYou will be a confident communicator who is comfortable articulating yourself to senior leadership and has the commercial acumen to drive change, take initiative and make strong choices in relation to the future of the business.What's on offer?\n\nWestfield Health.\n33 annual leave days per year (pro-rata) inclusive of bank holidays, an additional day each year to spend how you choose, and a charity day each year.\nHybrid/flexible working options.\nQuarterly company awards programme.\nSeasonal events.\nReferral scheme.\nCervical and Prostate screening.\nCompany sick pay after 3 months of service.\nAfter probation - cycle-to-work scheme.To apply please send your CV below or contact Hannah Sharp. \n\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
