Field Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting for a well-established market leader in the food-to-go industry. With over 40 years of experience within the food industry, they are looking to expand their Field Sales team and continue to drive their growth.
Role:
1. Develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts - 50% growth from existing customers and 50% new business.
2. Visit existing customers and work with them to grow sales.
3. Actively pursue and convert new business leads.
4. Communicate and agree on a plan of action.
5. Share territory business plan with the Sales Manager detailing performance to date and forward actions.
6. Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within an agreed time.
7. Continual improvement of product knowledge.
8. Present samples to customers.
9. Deliver launch days for new customers.
10. Follow company processes.
11. Work towards set targets and KPIs.
