Job summary Two Rivers Medical Centre located in Ipswich, has an opportunity for a permanent first contact physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis. Main duties of the job Undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients, with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. Formulating, delivering, reviewing and progressing individual programmes, always ensuring effective treatment. Supporting the GP partners and healthcare professionals across our practices. Person Specification Experience Essential Driven and focused therapist. Passionate about the consistent delivery of quality clinical management of musculoskeletal conditions. Confident to work as an autonomous practitioner, supported by the wider clinical teams. Proactive and self-motivated. Passion for maintaining high standards of care and developing services with the patient at the centre of the service delivery. Strong experience in either a community or primary care setting.
