If you are looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people, we want to hear from you Position: Children's Residential Support Worker Location: Wirral Employment Type: Full-Time or Bank Positions Available Salary: £13.20/h (Expected Salary up to £32,000) Sleep-in Rate: £60 About the Role: As a Social Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day care for children and young people living in a residential care setting. You will build trusting relationships with the children, support their education, engage in shared activities, and focus on their overall wellbeing. Your Responsibilities Include: Working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for the children and young people Organising and participating in activities that promote wellbeing, learning, and personal growth Adapting to meet changing demands and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the home Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the children, staff, and visitors Supporting children with their emotional and mental health needs through therapeutic approaches Who We’re Looking For: We believe that the right person for this role is someone who embodies compassion, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
