Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Strategic Revenue Management Consultant on behalf of a global Confectionary / FMCG business. This role is an initial 9 month contract to be based at their Slough office location on a hybrid basis.
The Strategic Revenue Management Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth management (RGM) strategies across the confectionary portfolio. This is an internal-facing role, working closely with sales teams and factories. As part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping long-term pricing, pack, and revenue strategies to ensure sustainable growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Develop and own the overall RGM strategy for the confectionary business.

Develop and implement pack and pricing strategies to drive long-term efficiency and offset the cost of inflation.

Identify and implement investment areas to drive customer engagement.
