Job Title:Service & Solutions Sales SpecialistReporting to:Parts Sales SupervisorSalary:£32,150 Hours:40Location:AylesfordType:Permanent Company:A leading manufacturer specializing in plant equipment, known for its innovation and reliability in construction and earthworks.Job Function:Identify upselling opportunities for service and solutions products, telesales to direct customers and follow up dealer activities for light equipmentKey Responsibilities: Generate machine reports and actively contact customers (telesales) upselling service contracts, service kits and extended warranties. Download and Investigate Telematics Data to proactively contact customers for due services and identify further upselling potential. Identify expiring subscriptions for digital services and contact customers prior to expiry securing contract renewals. Promote Service and Solution Campaigns with direct customers and follow up on dealer engagement and activity. Monitor and report on success and provide regular feedback to Product Support Managers and Service and Solutions Sales Manager Ensure compliance in new machine handover process for all service and solutions related topics. Maintain and support internal and external sales platforms.
