As a Bid / Tender Administrator, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the smooth execution and management of projects with precision, efficiency and a dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining tender registers
2. Provide administration support to the tender team
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for all tenders
4. Procurement of subcontractor and supplier pricing
5. Review client tender documents and search relevant information to assist the tender process
6. Participate in planning timeframes and deliverables
7. Prepare contract documents.
Who we are looking for:
1. A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
2. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external parties
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience in a similar administrative role within the construction or engineering industry
2. Working knowledge of the tender process and documentation
3. Full New Zealand driving licence Class 1 is preferred
