Salary: 28,000 - 28,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* A solid understanding of our operations and systems
* Some knowledge of Project Management or Delivery
* Familiarity with Life, Pensions & Investment (LPI) products and FCA regulations
* Ideally, experience in change management
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
* Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the accuracy of project deliverables to meet stakeholder needs, legislation, and standards, ultimately enabling good customer outcomes
* Understand and develop project aims and scope as a subject matter expert in collaboration with the Business Analyst and Project Manager
* Liaise with Coaches and Quality Assurance teams to ensure projects meet operational requirements
* Design communication and training materials from an agent perspective to support the adoption of change
* Manage delivery documentation, including Action Logs, Timelines, and Risk Management
* Advocate for customers and colleagues to ensure changes are implemented for the right reasons
* Design and manage testing of new systems, processes, and applications to confirm their fitness for purpose
* Approve remediation work and correspondence to customers/schemes
* Assist in the development of Q&A documents to support event mailings
* Ensure that changes successfully create positive customer outcomes and do not cause any harm
