We have a great opportunity for an Artist and Label Partnerships Associate Manager for Northern Europe to come and join the band. The Artist & Label Partnerships (ALP) team is the face of Spotify to artists, managers, labels & distributors.

The ALP Associate Manager provides a meaningful role within the team. They are the glue that holds the team together, providing a sturdy foundation for the team to achieve great work in their support of artists and their evolution in the music industry.
As an ALP Associate Manager in the Northern Europe Music Team, you are a dedicated team player, flexible, courageous, and eager to inspire change.
You will support the ALP team across all functions in Northern Europe, managing content programming, team admin, and ensuring that this is regularly updated, as well as being part of creative conversations and supporting the work of our studio in Stockholm. You will support partnership opportunities and provide weekly reports. You will monitor campaign results and provide feedback to the team. You will utilise on-platform promotion and off-platform marketing and ensure that artists, managers, and labels see Spotify as the #1 partner for artist development.
You will work closely with key internal partners and teams including editorial, artist marketing, consumer marketing, original content, licensing, and others.
What You'll Do:
* Provide day-to-day support for the Northern Europe Artist & Label Partnerships team across all functions.
* Manage and report on all ALP content programming across the region.
* Manage all ALP team admin and ensure that the UK and Global Music teams are updated with information.
* Support the NE Music team on planning and implementing partnership and playlist campaigns.
* Manage internal ALP Team communications and work cross-functionally with wider internal communications globally.
* Manage and brief music campaigns for our social media channels across Northern Europe.
* Manage incoming support queries from managers/labels and provide answers and direct them to the right support channel.
* Assist on internal music team meetings and coordinate and book external meetings.
* Keep up to date on the latest music news and update internally.
* Provide ad hoc team support and assist on team projects.
Who You Are:
* You have 2+ years of music industry experience.
* You have the ability to work under pressure along with problem-solving abilities.
* You have great organisational skills and knowledge of tools.
* You have some experience and knowledge in a broad spectrum of music and music cultures.
* You’re able to demonstrate an understanding of and experience with Spotify as a user and fan.
* You have a top-level understanding of the UK, IE, and Nordic music industry and are on top of current trends.
* You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
* You care about attention to detail and organisation, have a team spirit, strong work ethic, and a friendly, warm attitude.
Where You'll Be:
* This role can be based in either London, United Kingdom or Stockholm, Sweden.
