We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Delivery Department, working closely with our Partnership Manager, Delivery Manager, Implementation Team, and Content Team, and collaborating across teams including our commercial account managers in sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive success in enterprise-level partnerships, nurturing relationships, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of cross-functional projects, leveraging data, and creating value for our strategic customers.
Experience with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and defence-related training projects would be a strong adventage, as this role will involve managing projects with customers in the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Delivery
-Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects for enterprise and defence customers, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
-Collaborate with the rest of the Delivery Team to align project plans with customer goals and organizational objectives.
2. Stakeholder Relationship Management
-Build and nurture long-term, high-quality relationships with strategic stakeholders across enterprise and defence accounts.
-Conduct joint business reviews and participate in strategic meetings to align goals and identify opportunities for growth.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries from enterprise and defence customers.
3. Travel & Customer Engagement
-Travel to customer sites as required to engage in joint business reviews and strategic discussions.
-Host and run meetings when customers visit us.
4. Collaboration with Commercial Teams
-Work closely with commercial account managers in the Sales Team to identify and drive commercial value and account expansion opportunities.
-Align delivery and partnership objectives with broader commercial strategies.
5. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
-Use business intelligence tools and data to provide actionable insights for enterprise and defence customers.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
6. Compliance & Security Clearance
-Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements for working with strategic customers, including defence organizations.
-Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
* Experience: Proven track record in enterprise account management, project management, or partnership roles, preferably in technology, or a similar industry.
* Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to interpret business intelligence data and present insights effectively.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in nurturing relationships with senior-level stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes.
* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully. A recognised Project Management qualification would be a plus.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a start-up environment, balancing multiple priorities, and adapting to change.
* Right to Work & Security Clearance: Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain security clearance as required by our partners.
Desirable:
* DSAT Knowledge: Strong understanding of Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT), with experience applying the framework to defence-related training projects.
* Tools Expertise: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Quicksight).
* Defence Industry Experience: Direct experience working on defence training or learning projects.
* Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for strategic meetings a few times a year.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the EdTech landscape or related industries, with a focus on defence training.
