We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join the team, working with 5 young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and complex needs. Your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Support Worker's Key Responsibilities:
Provide care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
Observe, monitor, and document residents' progress with care and dignity
Encourage and assist residents in developing independent living skills
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Support Worker's Requirements:
A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children and young adults with learning disabilities
An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach
At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
The right to work in the UK
A valid driving license and access to a car (essential due to rural location)
