About the Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead CPE strategy and CPE product management for PXC. You will be the subject matter expert and evangelist for the CPE proposition and ensure that we have a deep understanding of our marketplace and its trends by engaging vendors, key partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that we have a market leading proposition that supports the achievement of key business targets and budgets. You will be a thought-leader, advising, guiding and engaging with a broad set of stakeholders, across the business as well as building relationships within the product team and in the wider business including procurement, commercial leads, technology, supply chain, sales, marketing and finance. You will driving and owning the CPE product roadmap for the entire business with full accountability for CPE product and ensure that the products are developed into focussed propositions support our 3 Key verticals: Reseller Partners, Carriers and SPs, and Consumer Wholesale. What you will be working on Drive cross-functional/departmental collaboration Be accountable for all ad-hoc CPE projects Lead the lifecycle management of the CPE portfolio for PXC, keeping a close eye on competitor/market evolution. Work closely with key partners and sales to ensure product strategy is fit for purpose Leading the product set for CPE across the entire PXC portfolio including lifecycle management Responsible for leading the creation and management of an overall CPE product roadmap for the business, feeding into the overall product roadmaps Driving key input into the overall product prioritisation list for the business from a CPE access lens, gathering consensus on it to deliver against the single set of priorities for CPE in the context of overall business priorities Support budget and forecasting process Review and analyse competitor product set to ensure PXC CPE remains contemporary and continue to delight our Partners KPI reporting Be a key leader in managing 3rd party supplier relationships, partnering with the procurement and supply chain teams to maximise potential of these tie-ups Know our partners and their customer’s needs from first contact, through to in-life What will make you successful in your role? Proven experience of product management in the UK market with a track-record of delivering to tight deadlines and exceeding product performance targets Extensive knowledge and experience of the UK Telecoms market. Knowledge of other complementary technologies and services also preferred. A flexible, dynamic approach with the energy and enthusiasm to be the proposition champion both internally and externally. The ability to think strategically, based on market data and customer feedback, to demonstrate a sound understanding and vision for the direction of the proposition. Demonstrate the ability innovate and react to opportunities to generate revenue and profit. Commercial acumen – must have a good grasp of commercial scenarios and problem-solving, break-even points, and return on investment analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to both lead the team, and to communicate, drive change and improving product success though strong influencing and relationship building skills. Confidence and desire to be the public face of a market leading proposition. The willingness to travel within the UK and internationally on occasion.
