Position: Senior Treasury Operations Analyst Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Location: London – 2 days a week office based Eames Consulting are partnered with a leading global organisation in the financial sector for the search of a highly skilled Senior Treasury Operations Analys t to join their London Treasury team. As a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in the daily processing and control of Treasury business, ensuring compliance with established procedures while handling adhoc projects as directed by the Treasury Operations Manager. You will be responsible for daily Treasury reconciliations, liquidity reporting, and other critical activities within the departmen t. Key Responsibiliti es:Handle Treasury reconciliations, payments, and processes within agreed timelines, ensuring full compliance with UK and Group polici es.Produce daily cash management liquidity reports in a timely and accurate mann er.Ensure that all Treasury accounting tasks are completed, including the clearance of suspense accounts and completeness of ledger postings between banks, the Treasury system (PTS), and SAP4 Ha na.Interpret and manage ISO2022 messaging and ensure smooth integration with banking syste ms.Regularly collate and provide Internal and External Audit requiremen ts.Oversee the daily operation of the unit linked portfolio, ensuring accurate pricing and reporti ng.Take ownership of various project based tasks and deliver on time, with a focus on efficiency and accura cy.Report and manage customer payment issues to resoluti on.Handle day to day Treasury investigations according to best practic es. What We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Treasury or Operations Payment Function within a complex environment (e.g., banking, fintech, or insuran ce).Strong knowledge of Treasury systems (SAP experience is benefici al).Demonstrate advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and process managem ent.Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and foreign excha nge.Demonstrated ability to manage and contribute to project-based work with a focus on resu lts.Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across te ams.Ability to think on your feet, innovate, and take ownership of tasks to ensure succ ess.
