Working with our proposition, technology and operations teams, you’ll ensure that product design is part of the design-making process to lead to better business and customer outcomes. You’ll also own and champion the best possible solutions, principles, and processes.
Your top priorities will include:
* Leading complex strategic initiatives by employing best practice design methods to implement interventions that benefit the One Bank customer experience agenda.
* Mapping out entire design systems from scratch and collaborating with stakeholders and the wider team to bring them to life.
* Commissioning and managing research and testing activities by using a variety of techniques and tools to elicit user-centric insights.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement that’s in line with user feedback, performance data, and evolving best practices.
* Motivating teams in the ongoing progression of their craft while identifying new ways to develop their skills to keep up with marketplace, industry, and technology trends.

* Industry-leading knowledge of designs, insights, key trends, and customer demands.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to influence and persuade beyond immediate reports and challenge conventional thinking.
* Experience of collaborating with a diverse set of colleagues and partners.
