This is a crucial role supporting project operations and administrative needs to ensure smooth project workflows and accurate documentation. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities: Project Tracking and Updates: Set up and maintain project trackers to provide real-time project updates. Review and organize incoming project records effectively. Document Preparation and Control: Prepare and distribute client documents with attention to detail and document control standards. Support internal and external communications, manage inboxes, and handle employee policies. Administrative and Organizational Support: Attend project meetings, distribute minutes, and track action items. Provide general administrative support across the project, adapting as required. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a project support or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
