In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients and managing existing relationships. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, while ensuring satisfaction and retention with current ones. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position that will allow you to directly contribute to the company’s growth through strategic thinking and sales expertise. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and proposing tailored Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) solutions. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are consistently met. Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to align client requirements with appropriate solutions and ensure smooth implementation. Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to refine and enhance sales approaches. Salesforce Management: Utilize and maintain our CRM (Salesforce) to track opportunities, ensuring accuracy for forecasting and client engagement. Performance Metrics: Revenue Targets: Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Pipeline Management: Effectiveness in advancing opportunities through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Contribution to team culture and successful cross-functional collaboration. Personality Profile: Results-driven and motivated by exceeding sales targets.
