Accounts Administrator
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Director by ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Finance Director with daily financial tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
3. Monitor budgets, costings, and financial reports.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
6. Handle general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Proven experience in accounts administration.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in accounting software.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Construction industry experience is advantageous but not required.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
