What You'll Do: As a Property Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing essential support in the day-to-day operations of our property management team. Your key responsibilities will include: Property Management Support: Assist with the coordination of property inspections, ensuring they meet required standards. Manage tenant communications, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Handle lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and documentation for new tenants. Organize property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs. Oversee move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.Administrative duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including tenancy details, contracts, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, tracking rental payments, and processing invoices. Prepare and distribute property-related correspondence to tenants, contractors, and clients.Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address and resolve any tenant complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Organize property viewings for prospective tenants and follow up on leads. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with property management systems is a plus). A strong understanding of tenancy laws and regulations is desirable but not essential. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to tasks and challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
