The Role: As an ANP ACP within Urgent Care/Out of Hours Services, you'll work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with undiagnosed or undifferentiated illnesses. Whether through telephone consultations or face-to-face assessments, your role will make a tangible impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face and telephone triage consultations. Interpret pathology and radiology results. Prescribe and review medication. Develop, implement, and evaluate effective management plans. What We’re Looking For: You’re a skilled ACP with a master’s in advanced clinical practice and experience in urgent, acute, or emergency care settings. You’re confident in delivering individualised care, underpinned by expertise in clinical practice, leadership, education, and research. Your ability to perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and prescribe autonomously is essential. Shift Locations & Times: Our sites are conveniently located across Merseyside, making them accessible for candidates in Liverpool and surrounding areas, including WA, L, and PR postcodes. We offer flexibility with shift patterns that typically include evening shifts Monday to Friday, and a mix of day and evening shifts on weekends.
