Job summary The primary purpose of this post is to set up a workable program of works which will be added to the PPM schedule to clean all the window, Gullies and plant rooms across the site. You will own and govern the planned maintenance programme for the trust. You will also support the upkeep, control and consistency of the trust's assets. Working closely with other colleagues and service providers, you will support the Trust's ambition to maintain the estate's assets. This means in respect of the physical condition of the Facilities, all the components are sound, clean and safe and exhibit only minor deterioration. The post holder will work with the Supervisor and Manager to ensure that all buildings, assets and associated details are correctly recorded within the Micad system (PPM). The high level, specialist cleaner and maintenance assistant will provide a comprehensive service ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to RBH by forming part of the Fabric Team, providing high level cleaning and maintenance service for the Royal Berkshire Estates team. PPM and reactive/planned work to be carried out daily and to ensure activity tasks are completed within the time allocated.
