JOB SUMMARY Position: Front of House team member, Part-Time / Full-Time Job Function: Customer service, sales, studio assistant, events We are looking for a friendly Front of House team member to join the Spinboxx, ideally previous experience in customer facing roles, front of house and sales and a passion for wellbeing, to manage our front desk, wellness studio and small retail on a daily basis. Spinboxx Ltd is a private by appointment only personal training studio based in Kensington. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the space • Support the practitioners with any queries in the studio or with equipment • Ensure classes are set up for practitioners before they teach and taken down after • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service of our health products • Ascertain customer’s needs and wants • Accurately describe service features and benefits • Follow all companies’ policies and procedures • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Ensure reception, entry and retail area is tidy and presentable • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Maintain space security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Requirements • Preferred experience in Health & Wellness • Preferred working experience in retail sales / Front of House or similar role • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Proficiency in English • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality • Basic administration skills • Proficiency in Mac • Professional attitude and appearance • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organisational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks • Customer service and community attitude
