Operating in 20 regulated markets, through our Positive Impact Plan, we are committed to making a positive contribution for our customers, colleagues, Role purpose We’re looking for a Senior Change Communications Manager to support our Communications Lead in managing the communication strategy as part of the Business Readiness workstream for Polaris, a three-year global finance transformation programme at Flutter Entertainment plc. This role will develop and deliver communication campaigns to help people understand and adopt the changes, engaging stakeholders and teams across the various central functions and brand-led divisions of Flutter. The comms team plays a pivotal role in achieving the programme’s objective of ensuring a smooth transition to a future-fit finance organisation, that powers and protects Flutter and its brands through global finance services that are digital, agile and trusted. Accountabilities & responsibilities Support the Communications Lead to develop and implement a federated communication strategy outlining objectives & principles, key messages, target audiences, channels, timelines and measures. Support the Communications Lead to develop communications plans that align to the change plan as well as the overall programme plan. Act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership on change communication. Develop Polaris communications with a focus on digital campaigns and assets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, understand communication needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives to create compelling, informative digital content about Polaris Ensure all communications adhere to Flutter Entertainment’s brand guidelines Maintain the comms & engagement content on the Polaris intranet hub Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Skills & capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of change communication principles and strategies, particularly in the context of large-scale transformation programmes. Ability to create multimedia communications – videos, animations, GIFs/graphics, posters and presentations. Experience in executing change communication plans within complex organisations., and tailoring messages to a number of different audiences. Proficiency in using various digital communication tools and platforms, including content management systems, email platforms like Poppulo, messaging and collaboration platforms like Slack and social media. Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel as well as video editing software such as Final Cut Pro. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications & experience Significant experience in internal communications or change management roles, with significant experience in a senior role. Experience managing large-scale change communication programmes in a global organisation. Experience working on tech-enabled transformation projects is highly desirable. Experience working effectively within a matrix model involving multiple contributors to shape materials. Knowledge of the finance or technology sectors is desirable; experience in the betting and gaming industry is a plus. Professional certifications in change management are advantageous. Measure of success High levels of stakeholder awareness and understanding of the global finance transformation programme. Effective communication that supports change management efforts and promotes adoption of the new Oracle Cloud system, global processes and reporting and the internal controls framework. Positive feedback from stakeholders on the clarity, timeliness, and relevance of communications. Contribution to the overall success of the global finance transformation programme.
