As Brand Manager, you’ll: Execute brand strategies and plans across both online and offline channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Manage end-to-end brand marketing campaigns (brief to execution), ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives. Build brand equity by leading integrated global campaigns, championing brand vision, and reporting on performance against KPIs. Develop and deliver new product (NPD) and existing product (EPD) projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Identify new channels, partnerships, and innovative ideas for campaign activations and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (including the CEO) to uphold brand standards, drive commercial results, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. What skills and experience do I need for this role? Experience : 4 years in brand management, ideally in nutrition or wellness. Project Management : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex campaigns. Marketing Channels : Familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies and tactics. Creativity : Experience developing innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance. Collaborative : Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies or influencers. Leadership : Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting the development of team members.
