Working in care homes, wards, hospitals, and residential settings
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality person-centred support to our patients with dementia, learning disabilities and Autism.
* Providing personal care supporting residents to remain healthy
* Supporting our clients with working toward their support and development goals
* Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with service users
* Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for the people we support
* Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
* Managing complex behaviour and risk presented.
MUST HAVES:
DBS on the update service
In date healthcare specific mandatory training
Current right to work in the UK
