Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Hours: 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Benefits: Holiday Pay & Pension
Duration: Temporary
An opportunity for candidates looking for seasonal work to join our client as a customer service advisor from the 28th May until the 25th July inclusive. No experience necessary so suitable for graduates, students and college leavers or those from a hospitality background with excellent customer service skills.

Job Duties:
* Answer customer questions by phone, email, and live chat.
* Help customers use the online platform and solve any problems they have.
* Deal with issues about distribution, deliveries, and payments.
* Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system.
* Work with other teams, like tech support and account managers, to fix more complicated problems.
* Spot common questions and suggest ways to improve FAQs and help guides.
* Manage and reply to customer support tickets quickly.
* Help with general admin tasks when needed.
What we are looking for:
* Strong IT skills
* Be a conscientious team player with good all-round communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Be energetic & positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude towards customers at all time
