JOB DESCRIPTION
Creating, communicating, and implementing the overall organization strategy:
1. Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
2. Overseeing the complete operation, Human Resources, Marketing, and sales activities of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
3. Conducting market surveys and research for essential feedback and implementing marketing plans and strategy.
4. Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals.
5. Making high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
6. Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
7. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
8. Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations and making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
9. Assuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
10. Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
11. Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating.
12. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
13. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
14. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finance to the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proven experience as Regional Manager or in another managerial position.
2. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
3. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
4. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
5. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
6. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
8. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
9. Able to inspire confidence and create trust.
