Northumberland CYPS Neurodevelopmental Pathway is looking for a confident Advanced Occupational Therapist, with a minimum of six years post-qualification experience, to contribute their advanced skills to the pathway. The post holder must have experience and advanced skills in carrying out and co-ordinating neurodevelopmental assessments.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a strong and positive Occupational Therapy team, delivering individual and group-based assessments which contribute to a multi-disciplinary approach to identifying neurodevelopmental conditions.
There will also be opportunities to deliver Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions across all three pathways, including Learning Disability and Complex Mental Health, supported by passionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy colleagues in these areas.
Leadership and supervisory skills are essential. Candidates trained in Sensory Integration, ADOS, and ADI would be especially welcome.
