1. Preparing financial reports
2. Arranging events for the sales department
3. Recording all absence and holiday requests
4. Arranging training courses for all departments and ensuring the records are kept up to date
5. Preparing documents and reports for the sales department
6. Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed when necessary
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
