We are a large primary school surrounded by fabulous grounds and a park very close to the city of Manchester. We have over 500 children including 60 full time Nursery children. Our staff are a mixture of experienced and newer teachers and leaders working in close partnership with our amazing team of support staff. We have a great building which is just over 10 years old and still feels very new. The Governing Body of the River View Primary School wish to appoint a Site Officer to join our team. We are looking for a hard working person to help us keep our school site safe and keep our new school looking outstanding. The successful candidate should be:- Capable of working unsupervised under your own initiative. Take responsibility for the security and health & safety of the school. Take a pride in helping to maintain and develop our school building and grounds. Be flexible for the needs of the children and the school. Be a practical, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic person who can work as part of a team. Provide a comprehensive site management service within the school to include security, cleaning, minor maintenance and repairs and monitoring the fabric of the building.
