Internal Sales Executive
Basic salary - £27,980 OTE c£35,000 uncapped commission scheme
This role offers a 4-week training programme, and hybrid working thereafter.
2 days office and 3 days working at home
Shift Rota:
1. 9am to 5pm for 3 weeks
2. 12pm to 8pm - 1 week
3. 1x Saturday every 3 weeks - overtime available

Due to expansion, our client is opening a new office in Knutsford and is seeking internal sales executives to join their expanding business.
This is an excellent opportunity for internal sales professionals who are looking to build their career while having uncapped earning potential.
You will have a minimum of one year's proven experience working in an outbound sales role with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
You will be making outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired through various marketing channels, with the objective of answering any queries regarding various plans and optimizing sales conversion rates. All calls made will be in line with the company's process and FCA regulations.
As you will be speaking to potentially vulnerable customers, you will need to have empathy and patience with good listening skills to deliver excellent customer service.
You should have the ability to solve problems and identify process improvements with a flexible approach and an ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs.
A strong individual work ethic is essential while enjoying being part of a larger team.
Key Skills:
1. Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and proven experience dealing with mature customers.
2. Excellent listening and communication skills to answer customer questions and deliver outstanding customer care, especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.
3. Results-driven with the ability to work towards KPIs set on production, quality, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to record information accurately and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to in a methodical and compliant manner.
5. Computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
