You will be working within a small team to provide full administration support to the sales team whilst also working alongside the office administration team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the team to provide full administration tasks including stock checks, ordering materials, setting up new client information, dealing with customers and technical support, and issuing sales orders.
2. Manage and maintain our in-house warehouse IT system.
3. Working with the sales team to provide all necessary documentation whilst processing customer orders through to fulfilment.
4. Sales Reports and Data Management.
5. Providing documentation to the accounts team whilst also dealing with credit control.
6. Working alongside our warehouse department to ensure stock is continually updated.
Desired key skills and experience:
1. Higher education qualifications in English and Maths.
2. Previous experience working within a Sales Administration, Sales Support Team is essential.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Basic social media skills.
5. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is preferred.
6. Knowledge and experience to utilise the full capabilities of Google Docs.
7. Experience in creating document templates.
There is no potential for working from home; all work must be completed on site.
