To provide efficient, timely and effective support to the Change team, playing a significant role in supporting the effective delivery of strategic projects within the business. As a Change associate, you will support current-state process reviews and analysis and gather information and data to support future-state designs, proposals, and work collaboratively with change managers, business analysts, and wider stakeholders to implement effective change across the business. As our Change Associate you will typically: Coordinate and support business analysts with reviewing change requests from the wider business ensuring effective levels of control, sign off, testing and release. Assist with the delivery and deployment processes for change to in-scope systems and processes, including appropriate testing by relevant end users. Support wider impact assessments that may result from any proposed changes. Consulting with Stakeholders, arranging meetings, preparing documentation for, and taking minutes of meetings, communicating effectively and with clarity to all Stakeholders across the business. Provide support to the Change team with implementing changes for strategic initiatives. Conform to timelines, demands, and shifting priorities through problem solving and analytical capabilities. Assisting the Change Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans and reports. Taking a flexible approach to work, actively engaging in ad-hoc responsibilities to support the wider delivery of each initiative. Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager What we are looking for in our ideal Change Associate: Understanding of a project environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills. Proactive nature, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative. Ability to balance priorities and deadlines. High level of attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Experience in developing successful professional relationships. An understanding of gathering data and structuring this in a meaningful way. Comfortable with change on a regular basis.
