We seek someone who is kind, patient and is able to adjust to a change in dynamics at any given time. The children we support can be come unregulated and need compassion and time to be able to regulate. At Clayton Croft we pride ourselves in the care we provide and that we create a nurturing and trusting environment for the young people we support. We are looking for team players someone who can work as part of a team but also act on safe initiative if required. We are a supportive team; successful candidates will have a supported induction and monthly support and supervisions. There is a wide range of experience within the team so even if this is your first support and caring role we will support you as a team.
