About This Role
This Roofing Operative position is part of our NSS Maintenance division, working on reactive and planned maintenance jobs at heights safely every day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cladding, commercial, traditional & industrial roofing maintenance
* Guttering repairs/replacement
* Working away with flexibility as required
* Working in teams to complete tasks efficiently
* Conducting dynamic risk assessments and preparing reports
* Utilizing portable devices to identify and rectify issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess relevant skills and qualifications, including:
* IPAF
* CSCS labourer or skilled worker
* PASMA
* Driving licence
* First aid
* NVQ in slating & tiling/sheeting & cladding
A willingness to learn new skills and good communication/customer service skills are also essential.
