Incident Manager - Jira Specialist (Financial Services) Robert Half is supporting a leading Global Consulting Firm in their search for an Incident Manager with hands-on Jira expertise, to support a global investment banking client. This role focuses heavily on designing, managing, and optimising incident management processes using Jira - including dashboards, workflows, and reporting. Assignment Details: Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office) Duration: Initial 3 months (high likelihood of extension) Day Rate: £600/day PAYE (employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella fees) plus 12.07% holiday pay Start Date: ASAP (subject to background checks) Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Jira-based incident tracking and management workflows Build and configure Jira dashboards for real-time visibility of incident status and escalation paths Define incident processes in line with regulatory frameworks (including DORA) Work with risk, compliance, and tech teams to align on response, escalation, and resolution protocols Support ongoing improvements to incident handling, root cause analysis, and reporting Train and guide teams in Jira best practices for incident management Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Jira - including workflow design, dashboard configuration, and incident tracking/reporting Background in incident management in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., financial services) Familiarity with IT risk, disaster recovery, or operational resilience is beneficial Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to guide, advise, and train users ITIL background is a plus Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
