About the role
This role offers exceptional career development opportunities within an established, multi-award-winning energy & sustainability consultancy. We have designed a number of career development pathways both within the Consultancy Services department and moving across teams.
You will support your assigned Client Manager in managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients. You will be handling & resolving queries, working closely with other teams, providing proactive updates, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Driven by the goal of retention, you will make sure processes are followed, portfolio site lists are accurate, liaise with suppliers and ensure all administration is up to date and in the right systems.
About you
We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven, and confident relationship builder who can take ownership of their client’s requests, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
It is essential that you have previous customer service experience in an office environment, with strong communication skills particularly over the phone, proactively making outbound calls to provide an efficient service for clients and other stakeholders regularly.
As this role is pivotal to customer satisfaction, you will be driven by creating a world-class customer experience. The department is a conduit between the customer and our service delivery teams, so you will proactively seek to continually improve your skills and knowledge of our products and services.
What you’ll be doing
* General administration related to your key accounts. This includes but is not limited to:
* Setting up and validating new clients on in-house systems
* Ensuring client LOA’s (Letters of Authority) are signed and valid
* Managing site additions and deletions daily
* Creating MyEnergy Logins
* Issuing all client reports in accordance with SLAs
* Using communication channels (Phone, Teams, Email) to resolve queries
* Collecting data required and booking in all tenders (Fixed, Flex, Metering, Water) using the correct systems
* Working with your Client Manager to track all renewals for all services for all clients
* Other group related activities that the business may reasonably request
Energy industry experience would be highly beneficial; however, it is not essential as we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
