* Organisational and administrative skills - strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise to sometimes conflicting business needs
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, CIPD or working towards
* Proven track record of carrying out ER cases and supporting the line managers
* Knowledge of working with IT programs, data base systems and generating reports
* First class customer focus and communication both written and verbal personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
* Able to work to tight and changing deadlines and ability to be adaptable to the business needs
* Proven track background of delivering workload against set deadlines
* Ability to travel to various UK sites as and when required
* Previous working experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent rapport building and able to demonstrate empathy
