Pay: $80,000-$90,000/yr

What You'll Do:
In this dynamic role, you’ll drive program development, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential.
Your core responsibilities include:
1. Lead quality and growth initiatives across Home-Based programs.
2. Set strategic plans and goals, aligning with both short-term and long-term objectives.
3. Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering best practices and positive outcomes.
4. Collaborate with Billing to maintain current authorizations and insurance compliance.
5. Develop and deliver training for staff and families; assist in policy implementation.
6. Support the Program Manager of PASS and Respite and provide consultation as needed.
7. Maintain a caseload with an annual billing target of 65%.
8. Uphold ethical standards, agency values, and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

3. No nights

Work Location: Hybrid in Warwick, RI
Minimum Requirements:
1. Licensure: Rhode Island Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in staff supervision and training.
3. Background Checks: Successful completion of BCI and CANTs.
