Employer Partnership Consultant
Salary: £30,000 depending upon experience, plus benefits including 22 days holiday rising to 27 days after 12 months service from Jan 2025, plus bank holidays, purchasing card supplied for fuel expenditure, voluntary charity days, company car, healthcare plan for you/your partner, Employee Assistance Programme, phone, Microsoft Surface/Laptop, long service awards, and health cash plan (reimbursement of everyday healthcare costs including optical and dental).

Our client provides apprenticeships and training to a wide range of clients both locally and regionally and is keen to accelerate growth by taking on a confident Employer Partnership Consultant with a proven track record in gaining results.
As an Employer Partnership Consultant, you will become part of our successful team, building strong relationships with employers and providing outstanding levels of information, advice, and guidance. You will be visiting new and existing clients to offer apprenticeship and training solutions across various business sectors.
Ambitious and driven, you will provide high levels of customer service and use your skills and experience to support the achievement of team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and generating business opportunities with new/existing customers (predominantly across the North West and Yorkshire) to promote programmes/services (Apprenticeships, Traineeships, training programmes, and commercial courses).
* Assessing individual employer requirements and selecting the most appropriate solutions to meet business needs.
* Presenting and selling solutions and programmes/services to key decision makers.
* Building and maintaining positive long-term customer relationships.
* Responding to employer enquiries and providing informed information and advice.
* Supporting and contributing to marketing campaigns.
* Remaining up to date regarding programmes, Government funding, and initiatives.
* Liaising with a range of internal departments and personnel.
* Using bespoke management information systems to manage/track employer engagement activities.
* Dealing with sensitive, private, and confidential information in a professional manner and adhering to GDPR legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience as a B2B business development/sales professional.
* Proven track record of gaining results/exceeding targets.
* Experience in meeting employer needs and identifying/generating new customer leads.
* Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of employers.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation/communication skills.
* Excellent IT, administration, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Adaptability and enjoyment in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
* Dedication to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
