Are you passionate about Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management? Avidity Science is seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to join our team in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of office and remote work, with at least 3 days a week based in our facility.

Your Role:
As the QHSE Manager, you will:
Quality Management:
* Drive a culture of outstanding quality across the company.
* Lead the development and monitoring of the Quality Management System, maintain ISO9001 certification and liaise with assessment bodies.
* Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and support corrective actions.
* Serve as the primary contact for quality-related inquiries.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management:
* Provide leadership to ensure all employees understand their QHSE roles.
* Act as a key representative of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
* Develop and maintain HSE programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Investigate incidents, Conduct risk assessments, audits, and provide HSE training.
Facility Management:
* Oversee facility-related activities, including maintenance and security.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.
* Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
Communication and Reporting:
* Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and distribute reports on Quality, HSE performance, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience : 1-2 years in QHSE Management or longer in Quality or HSE roles.
* Qualifications : Strong understanding of ISO9001 and HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
* Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attributes : Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
