Here's What the Job Entails:
* Mechanical and Body Work : Perform all necessary mechanical and body work on assigned jobs.
* Vehicle Dismantling : Dismantle vehicles to prepare them for the panel shop.
* Inspections and Diagnostics : Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
* Parts Management : Order replacement parts and ensure their timely arrival.
* Reassembly : Reassemble vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-accident condition.
Here's What We're Looking for in You:
* Experience : Significant experience as an MET Technician, preferably from an accident repair background.
* Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and the ability to work skillfully and safely under pressure.
* Workload Planning : Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales.
* Specifications Adherence : Ability to work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
* Team Player : A team player with the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility: Flexibility in approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Health and Safety : Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided PPE and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
