Salary: Up to £33,530

This is an exciting opportunity to take on an important role within a small, independent special school with class sizes of just 2 to 5 pupils. The school is seeking an experienced professional to design and implement targeted intervention strategies, ensuring students with SEMH needs receive the support necessary to thrive academically and emotionally.
Ideal candidates will have:
✔ Experience working with SEMH/SEN pupils
✔ Strong behaviour management and intervention skills
✔ The ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual learning needs
