We are seeking a dedicated SEN School Transport Driver to join our team, providing vital transport support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a specialist school in Leyland. About the Role As an SEN School Transport Driver, you will: Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey. Work two shifts per day (07:00-10:00 and 14:00-17:00), with pay for 7 hours. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation. Be an ambassador for the school’s values, fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
